A few years ago I was in a clothes shop hoping to buy some nice clothes like t-shirts, trousers that sort of thing. The shop assistant came up to me as I was looking and said "are you here to buy something or you just looking for ideas?"

I thought you rude cow!

I saw her today and a month ago and she gave me the most evil look, just made me feel angry.

A lot of store's clerk look down on people, she is just rude, don't worry about her.

I'd have just grinned and asked, "If I had the idea to make a complaint about you, who should I address it to?"
