Ok so it goes like this..

I had been mildly making sweet talk with a lady who works in the building I do that I seemed to run into often..

Now I have not been out that much since I had a heartcrushing breakup with a girl two years ago....But that loneliness has crept in recently where I want some company here or there..

So I ask her if she wants to hang out...and she does so I took her out to eat one night.. Then this past weekend we went to see "Saw" and hung out a little bit Sunday as well watching baseball...

So yesterday she asked me what I was doing...and I told her I had nothing planned and we decided to hang out again..

Only this time she started making out with me a little bit. And I (who hasn't been very sexually active the past few years) got all revved up.. And really turned on... Then she pulls the ol BULLSHIT....of wanting to analyze things before we get too heavy..

This is like the third or fourth time this has happened to me in the last couple of years. Why can't a guy and a girl just frigging make out. or have sex without being all ANALYTICAL about it...Or having to evaluate what it means??? Why can't we just "DO IT"?? Why does it have to be all involved..

Why can't ya just do it because it FEELS GOOD??

I was in no mood to analyze ANYTHING... So I had to go... went home. Turned on the tube for a beatiful newsbot. played pocket pool and went to sleep..

1- she's wrong to start something she won't finish. Any woman with a brain in her head knows that you don't start making out with a guy without having it thought through. Guys are incapable of stopping half way through, and switching from using one head to the other, if you know what I mean. So she was being a moron here.

2- on the other hand, women don't like to feel like a piece of meat that a caged animal is going to pounce on, and if you walked out on her, then she's going to think the only purpose you have for her is sex. And it's possible that she just got scared. Unhappily, sexual abuse still happens sometimes, even in relationships, and if she had problems with other guys, it's possible she freaked out.

If you like each other and you see it continuing, then have the sex/commitment/protection/do you love me/whatever talk BEFORE you get hot and heavy, so that next time it happens, hopefully there won't be a repeat of this scenario. Don't be afraid to ask her what happened and say (nicely) that you'd rather that not happen again.

I'm the one who should feel like a piece of meat. I did not hit on her...Nor did I expect her to pounce on me. It just sort of happened. Then when I react to it I have to get the "lets take inventory" speech. Not for nothing but I don't want a relationship...It is just not my thing..

People that are close to me on here remember I was in a serious relationship that my own personal boundries made the choice to not make the next step which cost me a true love... So I am just gonna give my heart after a couple of dates after what I went through??

But that doesn't mean I don't want to get laid from time to time...And that doesn't mean I couldn't have grown to like her and the "never say never" factor comes into play..

Well I apologized for cutting the evening short and I invited her to the Jets game this weekend.. I just said when it comes to sharing my inner feelings it is difficult since I have honestly been through some shit the past couple of years ... and have totally devoted my life to my family circle..

Something weird....a guy I complained about a few months ago in another thread and designated a jerk....I ran into him last night and he asked me out.
