I hate AT&T already. And my phone isn't even here.

I ordered a phone online through AT&T last night. They didn't give me an option to have a separate shipping address from my billing address.

My billing address is my home address. I've already moved back into my dorm.

I called today and they say that they can't change the shipping address once the information has been sent to the warehouse.

So now they're sending my phone to an address where no one will be - I'm at school and my mom will be at work. And a package has been stolen from our porch before.

Yep. I hate AT&T already.

Did you ask if you could cancel the order? Then you could just reorder it.

I didn't think of that. I'm guessing it's not an option since she didn't mention it.

Yeah, it is probably too late. You usually can't cancel if its been dispatched already or something.

Hopefully you'll be lucky and it'll still be there when your mum gets home.
