When ever I'm on this website or something really good, (ie downloading a film). My internet decides to freeze, jam and cut off. This is RUINING my life.

Aww, that is really annoying! It used to happen with our old service provider too. Another thing that made ours dodgy was the use of an extension cord for the thing you plug the telephone wire from the modem to the phone connecting thing into (sorry I don't know what any of those are called and too lazy to google lol). Anyway, hope it gets better for you somehow.

I'm finding my Hotmail accounts freeze a lot. I'll be checking my e-mails and then BAM, frozen :o
My brother had a laptop *before he got his new one* and it would ALWAYS sign him out and close the browser on YouTube MIDWAY through a VIDEO!!!

We were told the same thing. We got rid of the extension, but it's still crap! :mad:

About two or three weeks ago I was having major difficulties with my connection but oddly things seem to have corrected themselves and I don't know how or why.

Do you mean an ADSL converter??
