Anyone watch this ? I love it, not too keen on the celebrity ones though, but the Joe public shows are fab.

I often wonder what Id make for my guests if I was on the show. I think some kind of cold shell fish starter with salad, then calves liver as a main and then possibly home made profiteroles to finish with. There'd be tons of wine too ;) :D

When I am preparing food, I wash my hands constantly, and wipe the surfaces down like a woman possessed.
I hate bad food hygiene.

My spotted dick will be spotless joannie, apart from the occasional dog hair, they love to have a sniff at it when it's warming up !

I was watching Come Dine With Me Australia yesterday and today, Channel 4 are running 5 shows back to back all this week in the afternoon. I'm amazed at how lush the contestants houses and apartments are, and how much more of an effort they make with their menus, lots of lovely sea food today, lingustine, huge crab claws and amazing prawns, made my wouth water I can tell you. And of course, the sun seems to be shining constantly of course, one guy today had a halloween night in the spring, although it was still October, it kind of lacked the cold dark eerie atmosphere of the winter ones we have here. One thing I will say about the aussies, their dress sense is appauling, much like the US ;)

My gripe is these so called "No nonsense" people who are fiery and feisty who come on this show. Lots of those like dishing nonsense but are no nonsense when nonsense is handed back.

The best part about Come Dine this week was when the contestants dressed up as historical characters and played charades,too bad the food wasn't as good.
