Most of the list must be BBC/Euro shows because I don't recognize them.

They had a lot of JRism to choose from, to Cliff, to Ray, to SueEllen, to Pam, to Clayton, etc.

Yes, that story got a fair bit of publicity today. Good as that putdown was, the legendary putdown to Lucy was even better, suggesting that Lucy be given a new face, one without a mouth.

There were good entries from Fawlty Towers and Rising Damp, too.

Actually the best ones from Fawlty Towers aren't on the list ("Can't we get you on Mastermind, Sybil?" and "Well, may I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window").
