One thing that always struck me as funny is how they have "Colbyco Oil Company" on the outside of the ground floor of the building (which looks nothing like the skyscraper atop it), when the second "co" in "Colbyco" means "Company". So by calling it "Colbyco Oil Company", it's the equivalent of calling it "Colby Oil Company Company".

Am I making sense?

Yes, there was a certain amount of redundancy ... about the same for Alexis' threat of the week.

Decided not to use the Fallmont house and Dexter ranch from the series. The Fallmont house looked too much like it was in the same neighborhood as the Stephens from Bewitched, and the Dexter ranch looked like a shopping mall.

You know me, I've got it filed away somewhere in my records why the ColbyCo buildings don't match up. Dynasty was notorious for that. Alexis' penthouse changed. We already had the discussion about the mansion.

Still don't like Ed Nelson as Sam Dexter. I watched it again this weekend, was going to try and make caps, but in some shots he looks like Fred Mertz.

Hey Jason, I really enjoy reading your Dynasty sequel. episode 10.12 was just so sad when Alexis had to leave. I hope you wake her up soon and bring her back. BUT, the fact that it makes your readers sad just means your story is great:wiggle:

Seasons 10-12 (about 60+ episodes, if I recall) and season 6 of Dynasty the Next Generation -- complete with credits, locations, bios and family trees -- were posted at Soap Opera Network's blog. They later made changes to the site that kept anyone not registered from viewing the blogs.

I don't have any plans to post those in the immediate future.

SON made so many changes that every time I posting, especially the credits, for example, it would only display the codes and not the pictures. So, instead of a blog filled with html codes, I deleted everything.

If there's enough interest -- and a way I can keep exclusive control -- then I might bring it back. I just hate seeing all my work plastered on the internet and people passing it off as their own. Use it all you want, but I want credit. And every time I've asked to use things from other's fiction works, I've asked for permission first.

Well that sucks you had to delete everything, they sound awesome. I hope you do bring it back sometime, I agree that people should ask first before using someone else's work.
