A new video I tried to create...Need Help...(Karin Schill,Pammy Presley, Ange...)

Well, I had a some-what good idea for a video with Dallas clips, but since I don't know exactly to create one and don't have the clips I was asking the help of all of you video creators (Big fan of your work,BTW).

I have the music and the exact idea...

PS- A special thanks to Karin Schill since that Wild Wild Life/Dallas video you created with some of the funniest moments of Dallas still makes me feel good.

well first of all you need a video editor.

Windows XP comes with one called Windows Movie Maker, which is simple to use.

There are others like Ulead Video Creator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Premiere Elements that are a bit more sophositicated but are still easy to use.

well I know a few people posted alot of clips on the show, I can capture for you, but right now I can only capture from what I recorded of Season 8 - 13 cause my method doesnt work for the store bought DVD's

Well actually the main difficulty is making the video...My idea was to use the song Happy by Oingo Boingo, and some moments of Dallas, and make some sort of a Humor video.

EwingMan I am for the most part up for any challenge. Having never heard an Oingo Boingo song in my life this would definitely fit as a challenge. Perhaps if you could post a link with the song on it maybe I could help you out. :hello:

Thanks for the mentioning of my wild, wild life video. I am pleased to hear that you still enjoy watching it. :)

Also great that you feel like making your own videos. I can recommend you to use Ulead Video Studios to make your videos. That's the program I use and it's heaps better than windows movie maker...
To download a free trial of that software please go to:

Then as far as clips goes, I know that KillerBob (micke) had uploaded a lot of clips for download in the Dallas video clips thread on this part of the board...that's a small tip for you...

Also let me know if it's anything in particular you'll need. I'll try to help out but please be patient as I really don't have a lot of time right now...
