The shot of Fountain Place is added to make up for the fact that the visuals are getting ahead of the music for some reason.

Yep that's the episode title. This is from German television where they always had the title in the opening credits.

The music and shot of Fountain Place with Howard Keel was added in by the poster of this video.

The image is probably clearer because it's a PAL transfer.

I'm guessing these credits are taken from the re-mastered episodes from Season 9 which were broadcast in Europe since the mid-90's. Not perfect but better quality than the original 80's broadcasts.

Yes, soooooooooo much better than as originally aired. Even on YouTube it's a vast improvement.

It's from Germany, because i remember when Dallas was airing around 09:03 am in the moring, and the music sounds terrible.

I'd have to totally agree with you here! The music was a little on the funky side!! And the French theme is pretty bad (no offense to anyone)!!!
