There is nothing wrong with fantasy in love making. Often we create images, does not mean we love the person we are with any less.

I would only worry if the other person is acting on them, or doing it most of the time. I would also worry that you know. Why on earth do you know your partner is thinking of other people, them telling you that is the question I think you need answered.
