Well I rekon the spill off into the park plan is a go'er for sure KC... For the hell of it once you get it untied (using only ones teeth and with hands tied behind ones back in order not to cheat)
why not try doing the bow back up again ?

after all when your undoing it it will be done while his " slack loose woggle' can be easily placed here there and everywhere giving you easy access to undoing that bow... and of course the reverse while doing it up... his woggle by this time will be standing proud and erect with less movement ability..making it easier for you to tie that bow up again...But as you mentioned ..... making sure you dont forget the strength of your clasp around his woggle and making him faint with lack of blood flow.
