Heartbreak high

Is heartbreak high considered to be a soap?
This is by far my favorite Australian show. Are there any new episodes or is the show done with for good?

I LOVE Heartbreak High and would definitely consider it a soap. The show has been over for a while. It lasted from 1993 to 1999, if I'm not mistaken and there are 210 episodes.

i loved heartbreak high,,,,,,,,but its years since i last saw it.

I liked the storyline where,,,the school bully/hardknock/troublemaker,, Fell in love with his teacher,,,God knows what thier names were ,,,,just remembered i loved it......

Peter Rivers and Samantha Robinson, I loved that storyline too, even though I liked the first teacher, Christina Milano, more than Sam. I liked the first few seasons much better than the later ones by the way. I still don't understand what all the fuss was about Drazic,Anita and Ryan. I much preferred the earlier characters, like Nick, Jodie, Con, Rose, Steve, Danielle, Rivers and Katerina. Steve's death was such a sad episode, I just couldn't stop crying when Allie and Danielle found out that he fell of the cliff and found his camera on the beach.
