Neigbours Tv Show Not So Good

I would just like to say that the show is Tacky, the characters are pov, especially the family from Collac (stingray/Scott and all his family) Its annoying they speak like such ferals. No one talks that way!

It's boring and bland.I can't sit thru the whole show without getting aggitated and annoyed at the lack of drama.

I think Neighbours was good between 1986 and 1988 but began to run out of storylines in 1989 and a year later had become pretty much unwatchable.

It was also affected by the fact that a lot of the mianstay characters (Mike Young, Scott Robinson, Mrs Mangel, Jane Harris, Charlene Mitchell, Henry Ramsay and others) all decided to quit around this time.

I think it is still watchable to an extent but like most people in the UK rarely catch it these days.


Like most people, I think Home and Away (which has run for a similar length of time) is a much better show....although I don't watch this show that often these days either

I agree with you thinking that Home & Away is better.It has a lot og great storylines and seems to be going great in all the countries it is shown in.I know that here in Ireland it is very popular anyway.A lot of people I know prefer it to Neighbours.
