when Pamela slapped the living cr@p out of Katherine. i forgot what led up to the altercation (possibly something to do with Bobby no doubt) but i do remember it took place in a bedroom and the slap sent Katherine reeling onto the bed.

that scene is forever stuck in my head...in what season did this take place?

I think it was the 6th- it was the season that Bobby got shot- Katherine admitted to Pam that she had been after Bobby all along and (incredibly) that she would get him, too- and Pam slapped the crap out of her and said she no longer had a sister- of course Afton had been telling her that for a year but she didn't believe it.

Pam also discovered that Katherine had written the letter that was suppossedly from her to Bobby that ultimately led to him deciding to divorce her.

it was towards the end of the second last episode of S6, and episode that was one of the most watched in Uk at the time and caused a huge power surge at the end as everyone went to put the kettle on!!!! I needed to lie down!!
as it ends with jessica kidnapping Miss Ellie!

and it was because of Katherines forged letter! a brilliant episode all round.

Barbara fan is correct -- it was the penultimate episode of Season Six (Episode 160, "Hush, Hush, Sweet Jessie," which first aired on May 11, 1984.

When I interviewed Morgan Brittany about this classic "Dallas" scene, she told me that, "Victoria missed my nose by about an inch! I felt the breeze as her hands went by and that is why I looked so shocked when I fell onto the bed."

Morgan's husband, famed Hollywood stunt man Jack Gill, was on the set that day and coached Morgan on how to take the hit.

Morgan loved the scene, and felt it looked very real.

Thanks, Christo, for your nice note. I loved her, too. She was well cast, indeed. It seems from what she told me that, had Leonard Katzman approached her about returning to the show at a different time, she would have agreed. Katzman's early Season 9 and Early Season 10 requests, however, came at a time when her family came first...
