Season6: Where's Ellie?

6 episodes into season 6 and we have had no sign of Miss Ellie. BBG has always been getting a credit but no sight of her. Although she has got some sort of breakdown on a vacation with Clayton, is there any special reason why we have not seen her?. What was BBG up to at that time?.

see old posts via search. BBG promptly collapsed 4 days after filming final episode of S5, having ignored chest pains.
She suffered a massive heart attack and had to undergo quadruple by pass surgery to save her life. It was touch and go at one time, and she was out of the show for 6 months. She had her heart attack in March and returned to start filming in Sept 1983, against advice of Doctors (I believe!)
